Track Name: Exordium
(Instrumental introduction track.)
Track Name: Precursor
Love and hate will become nothing more than a memory
Because the only thing that will truly matter will be survival

The plague we call humanity has rotted this planet down to its very core

Jealousy will enslave us all
As we all fight for that one last breath
That no one else can have
Friends and family will become
Nothing more than mere words
As the thought of impending doom lingers

The coin will be worthless
And we would have sinned for nothing
The smell of regret and shame will putrefy the air that we long for
Material objects will all be forgotten

This earth will become known as an exile
To those that have brought this upon themselves forever
Track Name: Heroes
Cut out all this "hero" crap
We all know I'm nothing more
Than a man with frail bones
And a heart to match

What have I come to?
Why am I reduced to this?
To fend for myself
With nothing but a broken heart
And tears like glass

Why can't you just leave me alone?
Let me live
But then again, how can I
How can I live if I don't have a heart?

Please take me away
Take my hand
I need you

This sadness
Is sending me to madness
Leaving me alone
And I still need you

This pressure
I can't handle it
I can't fucking take it

Why?
Please understand
Why?
Track Name: The World Against Us
We stand at the edge of all that is left
From the deepest oceans to the highest clouds
We stole without giving back
No longer can we run from our destiny
This is our own creation

All the times you had tried to warn us
Yet we would never comply
Now this is the final chapter
We will say goodbye

The skies will glow
And the air will be filled
With the smoke of our ignorance
On this day the Earth stands still
The seas will rise
And drown out this ash
Nothing will be left standing
When we feel its wrath

Our legs will crumble just as did yours
We now lie where we once stood

The world has turned against us, we cannot turn back time
This is our own creation, our final goodbye (x2)

The skies will glow
And the air will be filled
With the smoke of your ignorance
On this day the Earth stands still
For it has turned against us
The seas will rise
And drown out this ash
Nothing will be left standing
When we feels its wrath

The epilogue of humanity
Has now come to a close
We have been buried
Track Name: Legacy
Why am I left walking in your shadow?
Haunted by your actions, they call me by your name
How am I supposed to feel?
How am I supposed to live?

Fuck you

Why are you so afraid to live up to your father's legacy?
He left you nothing but broken bones and burnt out bridges
Nothing to inherit but a shadow that looms over your name
You left a rotten legacy
One I refuse to live up to
I want to choose my own path, but I live my life on my own terms

Left in search from my own misery
I'm still blind and I'm dying
Walking toward what little light I still manage to see

You were the judge, jury and executioner
Now I am left to hang
With your mistakes by my side
And look of betrayal
In my eye

You sit upon your coward's throne
Polishing your broken crown
You hold it close to your chest
In place of your heart

You were the judge, jury and executioner
Now I am left to hang
With your mistakes by my side
And look of betrayal
In my eye

Was it enough to control my life, before my life began?
What is enough to control my life?
Before my life even fucking began?
Track Name: Elysian Fields
I open my eyes
To another night
Of dreaming of broader eyes
And brighter skies

I gaze out the window
Hoping to see a bright sky
But all that I see
Is the fog that is reality
Track Name: Don't Say Goodbye
I have been standing around for far too long
Constantly tied up and thrown down
Always trying to survive the drown
In my own blood, in my own tears
As I fear your final goodbye

But I swear, if you leave I’ll be beside you

I am so damn worried
To see if you're okay
When do these voices get out of breath?
I can’t run from these voices inside my head

Don't say goodbye
Don’t leave this world behind
Don’t make me promise that it’s not my fault
‘Cause I hear your words
And I hear your desperate cries
I’ll be the one to help you fight this through

I tried to hold you in my arms
But I was far from numbing the pain
There seemed nothing more I could do
And so I said goodbye, I said it’s over
Only to collapse in fear

How many times must I try?
How many tears must I shed?
How many gallons of blood,
Will save me from this deadly end?

Don't say goodbye
Don’t leave this world behind
Don’t make me promise that it’s not my fault
‘Cause I hear your words
And I hear your desperate cries
I’ll be the one to help you fight this through

I fear I cannot wake her
I fear I cannot bring her back

Don't say goodbye
Don’t leave this world behind
Don’t make me promise that it’s not my fault
‘Cause I hear your words
And I hear your desperate cries
I’ll be the one to help you fight this through
